We will act as your outsourced HR department or in addition to your existing HR Department and our specialist employment solicitors will guide you through each stage of the employment relationship with your employees. We will deal with every day HR and Employment Law issues including: Recruitment; Performance Management; Redundancy; and Dismissal.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

For a fixed-fee of £495 plus VAT per annum, your business will have unlimited telephone access to our specialist HR and Employment solicitors.

WHO WILL BE PROVIDING THE ADVICE?

The Employment Advice Service is managed by Andrew Berk, a Senior Employment Solicitor who specialises in all areas of Employment Law. He has experience of Employment Law cases both for employers and employees in the Employment Tribunals and the High Court and the County Court. He usually conducts his own advocacy in the Employment Tribunal. Andrew is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and a regular contributor to their monthly newsletter, ela Briefing. Andrew often appears before Reading Employment Tribunal.
